Sarah grew up primarily in Moab, Utah and two small towns in New Mexico. While in New Mexico, she lived in national park housing because her dad was a park ranger. After graduating high school in Moab, Sarah attended Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona, where she graduated with her Bachelor of arts in International Affairs and Spanish. After a short gap working for the Arizona Attorney General’s Office, Sarah moved to Denver, Colorado to pursue a law degree from the University of Denver.
Sarah graduated from the University of Denver in 2021. During her time in law school, she interned for Lutheran Family Services, Immigration Legal Services, the Environmental Protection Agency, the Colorado Attorney General’s Office, and served as a student attorney in the University of Denver Environmental Law Clinic. She was also the Legislative Reports Editor for DU Water Law Review. Upon graduation from the University of Denver, Sarah briefly worked as a law clerk for an insurance subrogation firm. Before joining Cantafio and Song, Sarah was a law clerk to Judge Whitney in the 2nd Judicial District Court in Denver, Colorado.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with friends, running, hiking, participating in events around the city, and eating good food.
