Miles Nowak is an attorney in the Denver office of Feldmann Nagel Cantafio & Song PLLC. Miles’ practice focuses on a variety of commercial transactions and litigations, compliance, contract review, and appellate practice, as well as Oil and Gas Law. He holds professional certificates in both Corporate and Commercial Law and International Law from Sturm College of Law.
Miles graduated from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2020. During his time in law school, Miles served as a Law Clerk at Feldmann Nagel Cantafio & Song PLLC; worked at Arrow Electronics in its in-house legal and commercial contracts department; and served as a Legal Intern at MCA Connect. Miles was presented with Scholastic Excellence Awards and Honors in the following courses during law school: Securities Law, Corporate Drafting, Commercial Law, Legal Analysis, and International Criminal Law.
Before moving to Denver, Miles lived in Dallas, Texas, where he graduated from Southern Methodist University in 2016. Growing up as a military brat, Miles lived all over the United States, which has helped shape his unique worldview and passion for service. Miles has previously held positions with Cvent, SMU Athletics, the Allen Americans, and the Dallas Stars.
When he is not practicing law, Miles enjoys living in Denver and spending time with his girlfriend. An avid traveler and concert-goer, Miles can also often be found in the great outdoors, where he enjoys skiing, hiking, and catching as many games at Coors Field as possible. He also enjoys volunteering with Night Lights in Littleton, Colorado and Colorado Attorneys for the Arts (CAFTA), where he previously served as a Legal Intern.
