Kendall Merrill is an Associate Attorney at Cantafio & Song PLLC who focuses her practice on litigation. Kendall was a Law Clerk at Cantafio & Song in 2021 and is excited to return to the diverse and exciting work of this full-service firm.
Kendall graduated from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in May of 2022. While in law school, Kendall was an Associate Editor on the Denver Law Review. She was the Outreach Coordinator of the Student Immigration Law Coalition, the Membership Vice Chair of the American Bar Association’s Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources Committee, and a Research Assistant for two professors.
Kendall is dedicated to using her Juris Doctorate to help her community. Kendall worked for the Colorado Housing Affordability Project to create legislative policy against restrictive zoning covenants with the goal of increasing housing affordability in Denver. Kendall was also a Student Attorney for the Immigration Law and Policy Clinic, a free legal aid clinic that provides legal defense to indigent members of the community.
Before law school, Kendall graduated magna cum laude from Ohio University with a B.A. in English Literature and minors in History, Political Science, and Spanish. Kendall loves to travel, meet new people, and learn about other cultures. When she is not doting on her thirteen-year-old chihuahua, Kendall may be found indoor rock climbing, cooking, or listening to live music.
