Kendall Merrill focuses her practice on complex civil, domestic, employment, education, and real property matters. Kendall is licensed to practice in Colorado state courts and in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.
Kendall approaches every case with the same attention to detail and places an emphasis on communicating clearly and consistently with her clients. Kendall believes effective representation begins at the very first client meeting and she works hard to ensure her clients feel heard, understood, and advocated for.
Education:
Graduated from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. While in law school, Kendall served as Associate Editor of the Denver Law Review and a Student Attorney for the pro bono Immigration Law and Policy Clinic.
Before law school, Kendall graduated magna cum laude from Ohio University with a B.A. in English Literature and minors in History, Political Science, and Spanish.
Hobbies:
Kendall loves to travel and meet new people. Outside of her practice, Kendall may be found doting on her thirteen-year-old chihuahua, indoor rock climbing, or listening to live music.
