Deanna Sinclair

Family Law Attorney


Deanna Sinclair is a former prosecutor and trial attorney with experience in criminal and civil matters. She has tried criminal and civil cases, argued numerous evidentiary motions and appeals and has a reputation as a formidable litigator with a practical approach. Ms. Sinclair represents individuals and businesses in civil matters including investigations, mediations, arbitrations and litigation. As a member of the Civil Practice Group, Ms. Sinclair’s practice focuses on business litigation, education related matters, employment law, contract law, probate, property and real estate matters.

Prior to joining Feldmann Nagel Cantafio PLLC, Ms. Sinclair served as a state prosecutor in Oklahoma, as court appointed defense counsel in Texas and a city prosecutor in Colorado. As a state prosecutor, Ms. Sinclair investigated and prosecuted a wide range of major crimes involving fraud, theft, financial crimes, violent crimes and homicides. During her tenure, Ms. Sinclair led numerous jury trials involving complex, high-profile cases including aggravated assaults and murders.

More recently, Ms. Sinclair was a sole practitioner in Denver where she practiced family law and focused primarily in fertility and Assisted Reproductive Technology law. In 2019, Ms. Sinclair attended the Colorado Collaborative Divorce Level One training and is a member of the CCDP Professionals Group.

Ms. Sinclair received her undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma in Business. She studied law at the University of Tulsa College of Law where she served as a Teaching Assistant in Property Law and a Student Ambassador.

In her free time, Ms. Sinclair enjoys spending time in the mountains hiking and skiing with her family. She is also an avid painter and her artwork has been featured in a local art gallery.
