David Nagel, Esq. is a founding member of Feldmann Nagel Cantafio & Song, PLLC, and serves as general counsel for the firm’s premier clientele.
He has been acknowledged by his peers as a leader and pioneer in providing legal advice having practiced extensively as an attorney since 1999. He has been recognized as ‘business person of the year’ for his local commitment to the communities he has served and for his charitable efforts.
David has expanded his practice into additional states of licensure including California (registered in-house counsel), Colorado, Pennsylvania, and Texas. The firm’s headquarters is centrally located in Denver, Colorado, and has attorneys and professionals licensed in 20 of the continental United States. The firm’s satellite offices in Pennsylvania and Texas provide expertise under those respective state laws in various practice areas of the law.
His curriculum vitae includes work experience in highly regulated industries including corporate and securities law, broadband, oil & gas, tobacco, liquor, life sciences and healthcare, tax mitigation, and advises clients in matters of intellectual property, real estate, estate planning, administration of estates, and civil/commercial litigation.
Currently, David represents a myriad of clients including Fortune 500 companies, small and mid-size businesses, start-ups, individuals, and families.
David’s prior work as a C.P.A. brings vast experience to the firm’s practice areas having worked with Deloitte & Touche whereby he specialized in SEC reporting and shareholder derivative lawsuits. His client base has included Fortune 100 companies, and prior representations include Kimberly-Clark, Walmart, Herbalife, MGM Studios, Southland Corporation (7-Eleven), and Toshiba.
David clerked for the Honorable Steven R. Plotkin, 5th Appellate Circuit Court, State of Louisiana, and graduated from Tulane University Law School, Moot Court Board.
David spends time between the firm’s locations and enjoys mountain biking and skiing with his wife and two college kids during his time off.
