- A history of accomplishment and leadership, in law school and within the community;
- Well-rounded credentials and a demonstrated record of excellence
- Prior experience in litigation, especially as a judicial clerk or a litigation associate, is preferred but not required
At C&S, we do not have specific billable-hours requirements. Hours worked are determined by the firm's volume of work and our commitment to produce the finest legal work in the state.
At C&S, compensation is based upon a formula derived from revenue received, not salary. We provide a comprehensive benefits package including monthly parking, Colorado Supreme Court dues, Colorado Bar Association CLE Elite Pass, contribution towards Anthem BlueCross BlueShield group health plan, 3% contribution of annual compensation to firm’s Vanguard 401(k) plan, cell phone reimbursement, contribution towards marketing endeavors, paid parent leave program.
