Teddi Ann Barry is the managing attorney of the Vail/Avon office for Feldmann Nagel, LLC Teddi Ann manages the domestic practice for all of Colorado.

Teddi Ann counsels clients through divorce, parental responsibility, child support, paternity, adoption, contempt and all post decree matters concerning the same. Additionally, Teddi Ann has served as a Guardian ad Litem through the Office of the Child Representative in Colorado, representing the best interests of children.

While Teddi Ann is an experienced trial and litigation attorney for family law matters, she is also a well-trained mediator for family law issues. As a mediator, Teddi Ann works to facilitate settlement between the parties in the best interests of their children and the parties.

Colorado is a leading State in the new model of divorce law known as Collaborative Law. Teddi Ann's role as a collaborative attorney provides clients an alternative to avoid the Court process all together, while working with specially trained attorneys, financial neutrals and mental health providers to allow clients a more complete settlement without the litigation and instead focusing on the family going forward with the idea of continuing to work together instead of against one another in one of the most difficult times a couple faces.
