Jeffery Lawrence Weeden P.C. is a partner in the law firm of Feldmann Nagel, LLC where he specializes in the areas of both state and federal criminal and civil litigation including wildlife law. Mr. Weeden is admitted to the U.S. District Court District of Colorado, U.S. Court of Appeals 10th Circuit and the Colorado Bar. He is a member of the American, Colorado and Denver Bar Associations.
Mr. Weeden has nearly 20 years experience in corporate and management fields. Mr. Weeden is involved in many community service projects and organizations, including being past president of Routt County Habitat for Humanity and is involved with the Routt County Pro-Bono Legal Clinic and Northwest Colorado Legal Services Ask-A-Lawyer Program. Mr. Weeden is an Adjunct Professor at Colorado Mountain College and has several published works on legal matters for the Ave Maria Law Review, the Colorado Lawyer and others. He is also an Adjunct Scholar for the Mackinac Center for Public Policy.
Mr. Weeden graduated from Ave Maria School of Law with a Juris Doctor, and competed in the Braxton Craven Constitutional Law moot court trial competition. He was a member of both Moot Court Board and Law Review (Editor-of-the-Year 2004-2005).
Mr. Weeden was a judicial intern for The Honorable Paul V. Gadola, United States District Court for the Eastern District Of Michigan, Flint , Michigan and a judicial extern for The Honorable Michael T. Talbot, Michigan Court of Appeals, Detroit, Michigan.
Mr. Weeden is currently enrolled in The George Washington University Master's Program in Law Firm Management.
