Donald L. Salem is an attorney in the law firm of Feldmann Nagel Brauchler & Weeden, LLC and is the Leader of the Civil Litigation Practice Group. He has been in active practice for 39 years, representing parties in a wide variety of civil lawsuits. For over 30 years he has held an aV rating from Martindale Hubbell, the highest rating given by the premier attorney rating organization. He has specialized in civil litigation, representing personal injury and wrongful death victims in negligence and products liability cases. Mr. Salem has represented parties in complex business torts such as misappropriation of trade secrets, accounting malpractice for a national accounting firm, and securities fraud. He is a highly experienced civil litigator, capable of handling any level of civil litigation with skill and efficiency.
Mr. Salem received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles where he was a member of the Southern California Law Review. He is admitted to the California and Colorado Bars and to the Bars of the Federal Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
For over nine years, Mr. Salem served as a Naval Aviator in the U. S. Marine Corps flying helicopters, fighters, and four-engine transports. He served two combat tours of duty in Vietnam and was awarded various personal and unit medals.
