Attorney Dan Pabon Named Rodel Fellow

Feldmann Nagel, LLC is pleased to announce that one of our attorneys, Dan Pabon (D-Denver), has been nominated for and accepted a Rodel Fellowship from the Aspen Institute, an educational and policy studies organization dedicated to fostering leadership and providing a nonpartisan venue for dealing with critical issues.

The goal of the Rodel Fellowship program is to enrich our democracy by identifying and bringing together the country’s most talented young political leaders to explore the underlying principles and values of western democracy. Dan is one of only 24 rising political stars to be chosen by the institute after an exhaustive yearlong search. This recognition is due to his exceptional ability to work responsibly across partisan divisions and his ability to bring greater civility to public discourse. Political neutrality is essential to the educational mission of the program and there is no identification with any political party or viewpoint and no endorsement of legislation.

According to former Congressman Mickey Edwards, the Rodel Fellows represent the very best among the new generation of America’s political leadership. The new fellows are among the 200 Rodel Fellows at all levels of government who work to ensure that Americans benefit from responsive and thoughtful leadership.

Fellows must be nominated, and no lobbyists, staff members, or outside observers are permitted to attend or fund fellowship programs. For more information, please visit The Aspen Institute online.

Dan Pabon’s legal practice focuses on both corporate and litigation work at Feldmann Nagel, LLC’s Denver office, but he has handled a wide variety of other types of cases in his many years of practice, including eminent domain, first amendment rights, and employment law. He was elected to the Colorado House of Representatives in 2010, where he now serves as Speaker Pro Tem.
