Teddi Ann Barry is the managing partner of the domestic practice and the Avon/Vail operations for Feldmann Nagel, LLC. With experience in the courtroom and at the settlement conference table, and having practiced in almost every judicial district and county in the State, Teddi Ann has assisted our clients through divorce, allocation of parental responsibility, child support issues, paternity actions, adoption, contempt and all post decree matters concerning the same.
While Teddi Ann is an experienced trial and litigation attorney for family law matters, she is also a well-trained mediator for family law issues. As a mediator, Teddi Ann works to facilitate settlement between the parties and in the best interests of their children. This training and work also assists Teddi Ann's clients with knowing when to compromise and when to hold their ground on certain issues.
Teddi Ann is also a member of the Colorado Collaborative Law Professionals. Teddi Ann's role as a collaborative attorney provides clients an alternative to avoid the court process, while working with specially trained attorneys, financial neutrals and mental health professionals to provide clients a more complete settlement without the litigation. Focusing on the family going forward with the idea of continuing to work together instead of against one another has proven very successful for many families during one of the most difficult times a family faces.
