Jenna Keller

Jenna H. Keller defends property rights statewide in Colorado. Whether enforcing the rights of surface owners affected by oil and gas operations, applying for a decreed water right in Colorado's water courts, negotiating a real estate sale, or planning for the succession of a family farm or ranch by Will or Trust, Jenna H. Keller works hard to defend property rights in Colorado.
Ms. Keller services clients across Colorado. Ms. Keller grew up on a wheat farm in northeastern Colorado and knows first hand the challenges facing rural farmers especially in protecting our farms and ranches from oil, gas or wind developments as well as the very personal challenges in planning for succession of the family farm. Her undergraduate education at Colorado College provided a strong foundation on water and real estate issues in southern Colorado. While at University of Wyoming, Ms. Keller gained additional training on water law through internships in Colorado. Prior to relocating to Steamboat, Ms. Keller worked in Grand Junction where she gained experience on oil and gas, real estate, water, estate planning, and probate/trust administration cases including the drafting of agreements as well as litigation involving the same practice areas. Wherever you are in Colorado, consider Ms. Keller to assist you in defending and protecting your property rights.
