Jason M. Lacy, Esq. is a senior associate with the law firm of Feldmann Nagel, LLC where he practices in the areas of corporate transactions, real estate, construction law, homeowners' association law, commercial litigation, estate planning, probate and trust administration, and debtor/creditor law (including bankruptcy, foreclosures and loan workouts). Mr. Lacy has represented and advised clients in a wide variety of business matters, including asset purchase and stock sale matters, incorporation matters, corporate governance issues, real estate development, wealth transfer techniques, trust and estate administration and commercial litigation involving corporate mismanagement, construction and land disputes, and homeowners' association issues.

Mr. Lacy previously practiced as a Certified Public Accountant with the accounting firm of Williams, Williams & Lentz, LLP in Paducah, Kentucky, where he focused on audits of large companies in various industries, as well as governmental reviews and audits and preparation of corporate and individual tax returns. He also previously worked with the law firm of Denton & Keuler, LLP in Paducah, Kentucky, where he focused on similar business and corporate matters, including representation of several large regional banks and construction companies.

Mr. Lacy graduated magna cum laude from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctorate degree with high honors, including book awards (top grade) in Legal Writing, Debtor-Creditor Relations, and Estate and Gift Tax Law. He also graduated summa cum laude from Murray State University where he obtained his Bachelor's of Science in Accounting and earned high honors, including designation as The Wall Street Journal's Business Student of the Year. Mr. Lacy has also frequently lectured on numerous business and estate planning topics with local interest groups and serves on numerous civic and non-profit boards, including the Planning Commission of Steamboat Springs, Colorado, Routt County United Way, the Yampa Valley Autism Program, and STARS (Steamboat Adaptive Recreational Sports).
