A native of the greater Boston area, Jaime was determined to practice law in the mountains of Colorado. After being admitted to the Colorado and Massachusetts Bars concurrently in the Fall of 2009, Jaime moved from Boston to Vail.
During the Winter, Jaime is a ski instructor at Vail’s Golden Peak Children’s Ski School with children ages 3 to 6. During the off season, Jaime was back in Boston for the Fall of 2010, working for the Attorney Gary Avratin, Family Law Attorney, in Dedham, Massachusetts.
Jaime earned her Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School, in Boston, MA, where she focused her studies on Criminal Law, Family Law, and Trial Practice. Jaime gained invaluable experience throughout law school working for a Criminal Defense Attorney, Christopher Beares; Family Law Attorney, Gary Avratin; and the Norfolk County District Attorney’s Office.
Jaime studied abroad numerous times throughout undergraduate school and law school. While attending University of Delaware, Jaime studied in Martinique and London. During her time at Suffolk University Law School, Jaime spent a summer studying International Criminal Law, in Lund Sweden, taught by professors and guest speakers from numerous countries.
