Taylor Hart-Bowlan is a second-year law student at the University of Denver
Sturm College of Law, where she focuses on marijuana law and policy. Currently,
she serves as Director of Events for D.U. Law's Students for Sensible
Drug Policy chapter, and she was elected by her peers in 2015 to serve
as a Class of 2018 Honor Board representative. In addition, Taylor currently
supervises ten first-year research assistants on a marijuana book project,
and she's drafting content for the work's chapters on medical
marijuana, recreational marijuana, and the federal government.
cum laude with a Bachelors of Arts in Letters from the University of Oklahoma in
2009, where she was a staff writer and avid football fan. She has worked
in the legal community since and has experience with family law, Social
Security law, civil litigation, and marijuana law.
In addition to coaching first-year students for trial competitions, she
enjoys playing music, skiing, and fantasy football.
